On 19 October, the 2023 Industrial Chain Supply Chain Digital Economy Conference was held in Beijing with the theme of “Digital Intelligence and New Links, Industry and New Ecology”. Organised by China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP) and hosted by CFLP Blockchain Application Sub-committee, the conference invited more than 700 participants, including leaders of associations, experts and scholars, and representatives of logistics and supply chain enterprises, to discuss issues related to the digital economy empowering China’s industrial supply chain.

Bo Shijiu, Executive Director of Changjiu Group and Chairman of Changjiu Logistics (CJL), was invited to attend the conference and had in-depth exchanges with leaders, experts and industry elites attending the conference, discussing the development path of digitisation-assisted supply chain upgrading. The Group’s sister boards shared their views on the digitisation of the industrial chain supply chain, discussing the significance of digitisation’s empowerment in supply chain management from multiple aspects, from the macro to the micro, and in a step-by-step manner. The data-based upgrade of regulatory and retail businesses in the automotive supply chain is an important scenario for empowering the automotive industry with digitalisation, which can be used to improve the “brainstorming” mode of business development, avoid “one-size-fits-all” management, and optimise the marketing chain with digitalisation for the dealers’ business operation. Optimising the marketing chain with digitalisation enables dealers to “invite the right people, retain the right people, save more money and sell more cars”. For CJL, through its own perfect service network, comprehensive logistics informatisation data, vehicle service data, vehicle management and sales data brought by Changjiu Group’s resources, and other data, it can further expand the business scenarios in the field of new-energy vehicle batteries and optimise logistics and marketing strategies by combining with the battery inspection terminal data obtained from 4S shops when the new-energy vehicle decommissioning tide arrives.Finally, we can make an effort to feed back into the evaluation and trading of decommissioned power batteries and second-hand vehicles to form a good business ecosystem.

On 18th October, the “First New Energy Power Battery Supply Chain Logistics Conference” hosted by the Automotive Logistics Branch of CFLP was held in Changzhou. Leaders and guests attending the meeting included Wu Jinzhong, professor of Chongqing Jiaotong University and head of the Dangerous Goods Road Transportation Expert Group of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Zuo Xinyu, secretary-general of the Automotive Logistics Sub-council of CFLP, and more than 400 representatives from nearly 240 enterprises, including automobile manufacturers, parts manufacturers, automobile logistics enterprises, logistics equipment enterprises, research institutes, universities and colleges, etc., gathered in Changzhou, and made wonderful speeches and warm exchanges around the market situation of the power battery, the trend outlook, the automobile power battery warehousing and logistics standards, and the technological innovation and application of logistics equipment.

Changjiu Logistics (CJL) representatives engaged in extensive discussions with prominent leaders, experts, and industry pioneers present at the conference. We conducted enlightening presentations, offering comprehensive insights into the strategic deployment of retired power batteries. This included a thoughtful analysis of the recycling, testing, storage, and secondary utilization of retired power batteries, with a particular focus on the innovative development of “optical storage, charging, checking, and discharging.” Furthermore, the CJL representative highlighted the significance of addressing the global demand for storage solutions in regions with vulnerable power grids and the potential benefits for domestic 4S shops.The development of “optical storage, charging, checking, and discharging” in 4S stores in China. Our expertise also introduced in detail the latest solutions and planning of the New Energy Division of Changjiu Logistics in the key business segments of decommissioned battery recycling, application, logistics, and storage. Recently, the pilot cooperation project of “Internet + Battery Recycling” between Changjiu Logistics(CJL) and Battery Home(https://dianchizhijia.com) developed by Beijing Institute of Technology University New Energy Information and Technology Co.,Ltd. (BITNEI) declared a success. Building on the successful collaboration during the pilot phase, both parties are committed to enhancing their cooperation even further. This deepening partnership aims to drive tangible business results and tackle the pain points that arise during the collaboration. Together, both parties will explore innovative optimization solutions, strengthen their data collection and analysis capabilities, and fully leverage the crucial role of data elements in future business development.

BITNEI –  New Energy Vehicle/Battery Recycling/Big Data Mining Technology Enterprise Founded in Beijing in 2015

The link for power battery recycling is one of the most crucial links in the lifecycle of power batteries. Accessing relevant data in a comprehensive and timely manner not only directly boosts the growth of the company’s power battery recycling business but also aids in data mining through the analysis of decommissioned power batteries. This contributes to the construction of China’s power battery recycling system.

Battery Home – China’s leading battery recycling trading platform

Battery Home is a platform developed by BITNEI that uses intelligent analysis technology to analyse battery data. It focuses on the battery recycling industry and offers services to both users and the recycling industry. The platform allows users to recycle power batteries and provides performance evaluation and trading services. Relying on the platform advantages of Battery Home, CJL and BITNEI have cooperated based on their respective business needs.  The collaboration will rely on CJL’s service network, logistics data, vehicle service data, and data from their 4S shops. Additionally, BITNEI’s big data cloud service vehicle networking platform will be used for data analysis, storage, mining, and management. The two parties are expected to promote the further expansion of business scenarios in the field of new energy vehicles and batteries with the assistance of the Battery Home platform and explore more practical data application directions.
