CJL Group has been committed to establishing a long-term and stable partnership with new energy vehicle enterprises. According to statistics, CJL’s new energy vehicle transport capacity for the whole year of 2022 is 269,000 vehicles.

Background: Dipower New Energy (Didubattery.com), based in Guangdong Province, China, specializes in power energy storage product,whicoffer a wide range of services, including lithium battery energy storage core BMS equipment, battery system and charging and discharging equipment, battery evaluation and calibration testing services, and comprehensive solutions for energy storage systems. Changjiu Logistics intends to purchase a 51.00% stake in Guangdong Dipower New Energy Company Limited (referred to as “Dipower New Energy”) in 2023.
