On 19 October, the 2023 Industrial Chain Supply Chain Digital Economy Conference was held in Beijing with the theme of “Digital Intelligence and New Links, Industry and New Ecology”. Organised by China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP) and hosted by CFLP Blockchain Application Sub-committee, the conference invited more than 700 participants, including leaders of associations, experts and scholars, and representatives of logistics and supply chain enterprises, to discuss issues related to the digital economy empowering China’s industrial supply chain.
Bo Shijiu, Executive Director of Changjiu Group and Chairman of Changjiu Logistics (CJL), was invited to attend the conference and had in-depth exchanges with leaders, experts and industry elites attending the conference, discussing the development path of digitisation-assisted supply chain upgrading. The Group’s sister boards shared their views on the digitisation of the industrial chain supply chain, discussing the significance of digitisation’s empowerment in supply chain management from multiple aspects, from the macro to the micro, and in a step-by-step manner. The data-based upgrade of regulatory and retail businesses in the automotive supply chain is an important scenario for empowering the automotive industry with digitalisation, which can be used to improve the “brainstorming” mode of business development, avoid “one-size-fits-all” management, and optimise the marketing chain with digitalisation for the dealers’ business operation. Optimising the marketing chain with digitalisation enables dealers to “invite the right people, retain the right people, save more money and sell more cars”. For CJL, through its own perfect service network, comprehensive logistics informatisation data, vehicle service data, vehicle management and sales data brought by Changjiu Group’s resources, and other data, it can further expand the business scenarios in the field of new-energy vehicle batteries and optimise logistics and marketing strategies by combining with the battery inspection terminal data obtained from 4S shops when the new-energy vehicle decommissioning tide arrives.Finally, we can make an effort to feed back into the evaluation and trading of decommissioned power batteries and second-hand vehicles to form a good business ecosystem.
